At Snowflake Cleaning we know that it is very hard to find anything with a clear and fair pricing model without any additional charges. That is why we aim to be as transparent as possible to the point where you can choose how many hours of cleaning you need with a price attached.

$35 CAD per hour. That’s it! We do not hide our rates and are proudly presenting them on our website. Furthermore, we have created a spreadsheet with the most common cleaning requests and prices, so You can decide exactly what you need knowing precisely how much it will cost.
The aim of this page is to provide you with our recommendations and all the information needed to make the right choice when booking our cleaning services. Keep in mind that although we tend to think our home is clean, it may not always be the case and it may actually take longer to clean than you expect, but it will be 100% worth it.

First time ordering cleaning?

If you are ordering your first cleaning services and wanted to know the details of our business, look no further. When you first order a cleaning from us you are highly advised to go through the whole process on our website, on the , where you will see a set of fields about your property which you are required to fill in so we can know the details of your property, your desired cleaning type and what exactly you want us to do. This will help us to better prepare for the scheduled cleaning and make sure we do our best. When booking the first cleaning keep in mind that we recommend doing a deep cleaning first, which may take a substantial amount of time and then perform regular maintenance, this way we will be able to address the whole property first, get to know it and then come a couple of times a month to do a regular cleaning. This can save you a lot of time and money, as it is much easier to maintain a tidy home.

Post construction cleaning

This type of cleaning is $40 per hour because usually it involves more physical strength, ability to lift heavy items or move them (furniture, construction trash bags, etc.). Typically during post renovation/construction cleaning we remove stains from paint on floors, removing any debris and then performing a regular cleaning. We kindly ask you to describe your place with details so we know what to expect and can select proper people for the job.

At Snowflake Home Services Inc. we know that every property is different and it needs a particular approach, therefore cleaning can sometimes take longer or the opposite to do due to the various factors, such as the overall state of the property, its size and the time since the last cleaning. Also if you had used other cleaning companies in the past, please be aware that the time it takes us to clean your property may differ because we are doing our best and are not cutting corners.
